• Easy & Fast Note Book spine / edge squaring machine with the facilities of Bottom ROLLERS pressing system with easy & sharp tuning
• PLC Based operation system for multiple strokes of the clamp, but single stroke will deliver satisfactory results
• Adjustment to book spine pressure for different products, 9 Tons Hydraulic pressure for holding the books. Clamping and squaring pressure can be adjusted as per the thickness of the notebooks and quality of the wrapper
• The system can be operated in manual or auto modes
• Clamp inching facility is provided for book thickness setting. Locking of rollers at specific length can ensure crisp processing
• The constant spine pressure setting cum locking system is possible by precision of 1 MM to 10 MM, depending upon the note book cover / wrapper thickness.
• The Power pack is installed with oil cooler system (optional) to maintain cool oil temperature. It helps to continuous production and long life of hydraulic components installed within the power pack. It also protects the spares of the machine, including hydraulic components & rubber hoses and seals.
• The clamp mouth opens up to 100 mm. Operator can feed up to 10 Note books at the time (5 Notebooks in case of laminated notebooks) with in 4-5 seconds one process can be completed.
• Two emergency switches have been provided on the right and the left side, which open the clamp to avoid any accident.
• Any untrained operator can achieve over 9000 to l 0000 Excise Note Books per hour.

• VALLAVA - Edge Squaring Machine available in 2 Sizes 91 Cm (910 MM) and 105 Cm (1050 MM) width.
• Used to provide square finish like perfect bound square spine finishing to: Pinning, Center stitched notebooks, thread-sewn refill for diary, publications pinning & thread sewn books, back to back album and dictionaries binders
• Used by Wedding Card manufacturers to grind the edge of the board before edge foiling process. This machine can be used for hard board edge square finishing by dust free operation with the variable spine pressure.
• This machine can be used for spine square finishing on thread-sewn refills without spoil / cut the threads. It consists of dynamic spine tuning adjustment system for the same purpose.
